The primary focus of SWA is to raise the quality of life of consumers by developing their independence and self-esteem through work skills in real jobs. The Workshop has vast experience providing rehabilitative and vocational services. It serves a wide variety of consumers who work for wages and developer living skills with many going on to integrated competitive workplaces. Consumers' involvement in our enabling programs is crucial to their growth. Consumers' programs are tailored to their abilities and needs in Individualized Service Plans.
